Fall Engagement - Austin Harris & Brianna Kinard
Y’all know that I love all of my couples, but I especially love getting to photograph my “local” couples. Two years ago, I met with Austin and Brianna at one of our local coffee shops, and then a few months later, I got lunch with Brianna and her mom, Ms. Becky, at a favorite, local lunch spot. At that lunch, they officially booked me for their 2020 wedding.
The local theme continued when we decided to do their engagement session at Dreher Island and photograph them around Lake Murray.
One of the first questions Brianna asked me as we were planning was, “Can we bring our dogs?” Yes, the answer is always yes. All the dogs please.

I even convinced them to get ankle deep in the water.
Nothing beats a sunset over Lake Murray.
After our session, we went and got Mexican together. We got to catch up and talk about all things from wedding planning to house decorating. I’m not kidding when I say, I really do love it when my clients become my friends. Now, I’m just counting down the days until their November wedding.
