Wedding at the Old Newberry Hotel - Scott & Amy Gallegos
When Amy and Scott inquired about me shooting their wedding at the Old Newberry Hotel, I was thrilled! I live in Newberry, and I always love shooting close to home. Downtown Newberry is charming and full of friendly faces, and the Old Newberry Hotel was a gorgeous backdrop for the day.
I could add so many more photos of the vintage and classic decor of this hotel; there were so many treasures!
One thing I learned quickly about Amy is that she is full of JOY. She smiled the entire day.
Scott’s three sons followed them down the aisle, and it was such a special moment. I love this shot of Scott with Amy waiting in the background.
While editing this photo, I showed Cole, my husband, and told him that this was one of the best photos of the day. Scott looking at Amy with adoration, while her dad gave her away.
I know I might be a little bias,, but I think that downtown Newberry is absolutely stunning and the perfect place for portraits.
I snapped a couple of Scott and Amy on the bench while we were waiting for them to be announced at the reception. Their love feels so timeless and pure.
